The location was perfect, clean room, helpful staff, early check-in, good value for money, nice breakfast.

Near to the tube station, easy to get buses to Marble Arch and back to Paddington station. Good location to restaurants. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Polite staff.

The location alone - easy walking distance to two tube stations and Hyde Park - initially made it a great choice. Being very near to the tube stations was very handy for getting around the city. Kensington Gardens and a place across the road provided a pleasant view.

The room was a little dated, possibly needing air con in summer, but not for our September visit.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet it is conveniently close to two underground stations, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at this hotel is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which adds a personal touch to your stay. The rooms are well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped, with much better than usual storage for your toiletries and a spacious closet. One great aspect of this hotel is that breakfast is included in the rate, giving you a good start to the day with freshly baked croissants and a variety of options.

The hotel could have included some fruit or cold meats in their breakfast offerings.

Central location close to transportation and dining options. Spacious rooms with good water pressure in the shower.

We were delighted to have a hair dryer and toiletries provided, making our stay even more convenient. The location of the hotel was great, being close to a nearby metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The friendly and helpful staff also made our stay pleasant. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
